This is the story of a big company founded to people with passion, competence and credibility.

It all started in 1956, when Achille Scudieri realizes the potentiality of the polymers.

He creates Adler Group with its headquarters in Ottaviano, in the province of Naples.

Adler Group soon becomes the first italian manufacturer of acoustic and heating comfort system for vehicles. They also produce covering panels for the car doors, mats and carpets.

The company increasingly focused on carbon fibre and working with the most important worldwide car manufacturers.

In 1992 Paolo, Achille’s son, becomes managing director of the company.

In 2013 he acquires the German group HP Pelzer Holding Gmbh (with its headquarters in Dusseldorf), a very important firm in the same field.

From this fusion it was born Adler Pelzer Group a unique international group, that continues to aim on research and innovation.

Adler is today a global reality with 58 establishments in 19 countries and 7 sites of research and development. Annual turnover is a billion and 250.000 Euros.
